I have to plot a response spectrum in the tripartite grid in which I need to normalise the vertical axis and diagonal axes with few parameters. The vertical axis I am able to normalise by edit -operate on y axis option but how to normalise the diagonal axes of the response spectrum?

The diagonal axes are tied into the frequency and velocity axes by the relationships shown here:
http://www.dplot.com/help/index.htm?helpid_scale_tripartite.htm

If you want to change the values shown on those axes then use the "User defined" units and enter your own values for A & B.
