Added Notes Potentially Hidden

I just discovered that when a note is newly created it may be hidden by the legend box if the latter is located in the upper-left corner of the graph window.
Even though I now know to look there, it still requires dragging away the legend box in order to grab the note to move it to the desired location and then re-positioning the legend box again
Can you add some intelligence to notes (and perhaps other items which get added to a graph) so that they 'seek' a visible place when newly created?
