The XYZ contour plot is very fine. But sometimes it is well to see it from other vantages...XZY or YZX. How do I rotate a contour plot to obtain these other vantage points?

Tilt your head 90 degrees and you're all set.

Sorry, bad joke. There's currently no way to rotate the plot such that Z is anything other than vertical on the display. I've had a need for this myself a couple of times and will likely add options in the future to specify whether X, Y, or Z is vertical. This won't make the next release, though.
