Add-In with Excel 97

It has been brought to my attention that Excel Add-In versions released over the last few months do not work properly with Excel 95 or 97. If you're using either of these versions you can get an old copy of the Add-In that will work.

Exit Excel if it is running.

Using Explorer, find dplotlib.xla in the \Library folder below excel.exe. That's probably something like c:\MSOffice\Office\Library. Delete the files dplotlib.xla and (if it exists) dplotlib.dll.

and save both files to that same \Library folder.

Restart Excel. If you do not see a DPlot menu item, select Tools>Addins and check the "DPlot Interface" box.

Note that this is an old version of the Add-In that doesn't include some of the error checking in newer versions. This file will likely not be updated in the future.
