Windows 7 RC

Just a FYI. Started Dplot install and use on Windows 7 RC today. No issues seen. Will be trying it out pretty strongly over the next couple of days - will let you know how it runs in 64 bit Win 7 version.

As far as I know the only issue on 64-bit versions of Windows is with trying to call DPLOTLIB.DLL functions from 64-bit programs. Can't be done. I still need to come up with a 64-bit version of the DLL.
