I don't get the result you describe. A related issue I've had is when I have several Dplots open and when I move from one to another or close one, the wrong plot is displayed. If you use Edit->Move/Copy Curves, the legend label comes with it.

If you use Edit->Move/Copy Curves the legend label comes with it.

Sorry to have overstated the severity of the problem. My work-around is to Redraw after the error message.

LineType macro crash

This macro crashes on LineType[n,1] when the graph has fewer than n lines. Color[n, x,x,x] keeps going without crash. Suggestion?
