I've run into an issue with using Date/Time formats like MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS.000 on x axis reference lines. If you open the reference line dialog and type in the time value, the line will be placed in the correct location. However, if you come back to the dialog and make any other change (line type, line width, etc), when you hit OK the line snaps to the nearest second. I had the X-Axis set to the same data format, so apparently when the dialog value field is populated with the reference line value, the full X-Axis format isn't used, dropping the subseconds. _________________ - RAS |

Thanks David. On a similar note which might have bearing on general design, you might want to try setting the y-axis to Hexadecimal and try labeling a point. Also, try entering a hex value for a Y-reference line with the axis set to hexadecimal (hint: hit delete, it's the only way out...). I can generally avoid these two funnies though, so the subsecond thing is way higher priority for me. Thanks again, great tool and great service. _________________ - RAS |
