Thanks for the examples.

"Can we do this currently?"

Not w/o resorting to a lot of tedious tricks, mainly applying a transform to the X values to get all plots to roughly equal physica ...

Not sure I follow your question. You can easily plot multiple columns, with 1 or more columns assigned to Y values for different curves with the first column interpreted as X. If that isn't what you h ...

The medical, petro and many other industries generate vertical logs containing time or depth based information with multiple columns for each set of variables.

No, sorry. I've been waiting to get a 64-bit system before diving into this. But your post is as good a reason as I can think of to go ahead and buy one Smile

You can get pretty cheap ones these days ...

Thanks much for the information. I'll definitely come up with a 64-bit version of DPLOTLIB.DLL at the first available opportunity. I *know* I have the tools... somewhere Smile If I don't find the CD soo ...

For the mean it's no problem: select the Z=f(X,Y) command on the Generate menu and use Z=$MEAN for the equation. That will of course be a featureless surface, just a flat plane. If all you want to do ...
